In brief
- A partner gets 5% of every top-up from a client they refer, for 12 months after the client signs up.
- We remember the link for 60 days. If there is no link, the client enters the partner code when signing up.
- An earning becomes available 30 days after the top-up.
- Withdrawal: to the Rendergrid balance at any time, or in USDT from $50, no more than once every 30 days. We check every USDT payout by hand, and we pay the network fee.
- Prohibited: registering yourself, topping up from your own wallets and devices, advertising on brand queries, sending spam.
1About the program
1.1The partner program gives the owner of a Rendergrid account (the “partner”) a commission for the clients they refer. The program is run by Rendergrid.
1.2These terms supplement the Terms of use. If they differ, these terms apply to the program.
2How to become a partner
2.1You need a Rendergrid account. In the portal, under “Partners”, click “Become a partner”. No application or approval is needed. By clicking the button, you accept these terms.
2.2After that, your partner link and partner code appear in the portal.
3How a client is tied to a partner
3.1Through a link: we remember it in the visitor’s browser for 60 days. If they sign up during that time, the client is tied to you.
3.2Through a code: when signing up, the client enters your code in the “Partner code” field.
3.3A client is tied to one partner at sign-up. If a client had both a link and an entered code, the entered code applies.
4Commission
4.1The partner receives 5% of every top-up from a client they refer, for 12 months from the date the client signs up. Top-ups after that period earn nothing.
4.2The percentage is calculated on the money the client topped up and that was credited to their balance. The bonus for a large top-up is not part of the base and earns no commission.
4.3Only money the client actually paid earns commission: manual credits and gift credits do not. If a top-up is refunded to the client, the earning for it is cancelled.
5When an earning becomes available
5.1Each earning becomes available 30 days after the client’s top-up. You can see your available earnings in the portal.
6How to get paid
6.1To your Rendergrid balance: at any time. The available amount immediately becomes your balance, which you can use to pay for generations.
6.2In USDT: from $50, no more than once every 30 days, counted from the last payout sent (a declined payout request does not use up the period), on the Tron (TRC20), BNB Chain (BEP20) or Solana (SOL) network. You set the network and address in the portal; the request is reviewed, and we confirm every payout by hand. We pay the network fee for the transfer.
6.3We do not send money to addresses you have not confirmed.
7What is prohibited
7.1A partner must not:
- sign themselves or their own accounts up through their own link or code;
- top up the balance of “clients” from their own wallets and devices;
- advertise on brand queries, that is, on the words “Rendergrid”, “rendergrid.io” and similar;
- send spam: messages without the recipients’ consent and links posted in bulk in other people’s chats and comments.
8What happens for a violation
8.1We may cancel earnings connected with a violation and end the partner’s participation in the program.
8.2We may ask you to confirm that the client is not your account or your device before we accrue a commission.
9Large clients
9.1If a client came through a high-volume request, the commission for that client is set by a separate agreement. Write to support@rendergrid.io.
10Taxes
10.1You are responsible for the taxes on the commission.
11Changing and ending the program
11.1We may change the terms or close the program. We will tell you about material changes in advance. Earnings accrued before the change will be paid out under the previous terms.
11.2You may leave the program at any time; your available earnings remain yours.
