00About the editors
The Rendergrid editors write the blog’s articles, comparisons and prices. Here is who we are, how we test models, how we check prices and how we fix mistakes.

01Who writes
The blog texts and the comparison pages are written by the Rendergrid team: people who work with our API themselves and run the models. The “Rendergrid editors” byline means the text has passed a check of prices and facts under the rules below.
We write for people who choose a model and pay for images: developers, studios and marketplace sellers. That is why every image in an article comes with a model, a resolution and a price, and every conclusion comes with the figures it stands on.

02How we test
Four steps that we go through for every comparison.
We compare models on the same prompt, with the same resolution and aspect ratio.
Requests go the same way as our clients’ requests. We show the result as it came, without retouching. If a frame was chosen from several attempts, we say so.
Every image is captioned with its prompt, model, resolution and generation cost, so you can repeat the example and check it.
Before publishing, we check the key figures again: prices, limits, response time.
03Prices
We take them from our price list: it is also the list we charge by. We have no other source of prices, so the price in an article and the price in the API do not differ.
We take them from the model makers’ pages and give the source and the date of the check. Last check: . We recheck at least once a week. We calculate savings as the difference between our price and the official price for the same image, and the figures come from one price list.
04Independence
Rendergrid earns money from access to models. In comparisons we note that our service’s prices are ours, and we give the makers’ official prices next to them.
We do not take payment for mentioning a model or for a place in a comparison. The reviews cover models that are available in our API.
Prices, figures and results are facts, with a source. A conclusion such as “which model is better” is our opinion, and we label it that way.
05Corrections
Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you fix them.
Name the page and what is wrong: support@rendergrid.io or Telegram.
We check the message and reply whether we will fix it and when.
We change the text and add a “Corrected” note under the article with the date and a description. We flag serious mistakes at the start of the article. We never rewrite anything silently.
No corrections yet
If we find a mistake or someone points one out to us, the correction will appear here, with the date, the article and a description.
